When you look for a Firearms Instructor, you want to be able to trust the Instructor’s Qualifications, Training and Experience.
The old saying, "if it's to good to be true, it probally is" so when you see instructors saying I'll beat any other instructors fee, think twice, we are selling a service here, you may just get what you pay for.
The State recommended the $75.00 fee, ask yourself why anyone would charge less then what the State recommended, don't take short cuts or less then Qualified Instructors when it comes to your Gun Training. ask the instructor about his/her qualifications.

Having trained and certified hundreds of Police Officers as well as Civilians in the use of firearms he is one of Kentucky’s foremost weapon trainers and is ready and willing to share his experiences and expertise with law abiding civilians.

Kentucky’s Carry Concealed Permit (CCDW)-
This is the training you must have in order that you may apply for your Kentucky Carry Concealed Permit. This course can just be the beginning, beyond this we also teach you real world shooting and gun handling skills.
With knowledge and skill comes a confidence and peace of mind that most people never experience in a dangerous world.
Woman’s Gun Training
This course is for the woman who has very little knowledge if any at all about the correct way to handle, load, shoot, clean and store a firearm safely.
The course will consist of classroom safety instruction and hands on firing of their handgun.
This class is limited to 20 students.
This class is designed for women who are interested in a firearm for self-defense. The course covers many aspects of shooting such as stance, grip, and sight picture. You will understand differences between the many types of calibers and guns available. Most importantly, you will receive quality, hands-on instruction with a variety of handguns intended to make it easier for the individual to choose the right defensive handgun.
The program also covers self-defense issues to consider, including environmental awareness and family safety.
During the course of the 4-hour seminar, you will shoot different styles and calibers to help familiarize you with features available.
The class fee is $125. This includes all supplies necessary for the class such as ammunition, eye and ear protection, targets, gun rentals, and instruction. Classes are held monthly or bi-monthly depending on demand. Please check with Shelia for details.
